The chart below will help you choose the right oil! Along the top of the chart is a list of common emotional issues that people seek help with. Down the left of the chart is a list of common oils that most people have heard of. Choose an emotional issue you want an oil for and look down the column. If there is an "X" then the oil for that row is a good choice for that particular emotional issue.

The more you use the chart and your oils the more familiar you will be with your own personal oil collection! To see a larger version of this save the image on your computer or phone. You can also right click and "view image" if you are on a computer.
