November 17th: Mirror Empowerment Workshop with Cacao Ceremony

Mirror work is the most effective method I’ve found for learning to love yourself and see the world as a safe and loving place. 

Because the mirror reflects back to you the feelings you have about yourself. It makes you immediately aware of where you are resisting and where you are open and flowing. It clearly shows you what thoughts you will need to change if you want to have a joyous, fulfilling life.

As you learn to do mirror work, you will become much more aware of the words you say and the things you do. You will learn to take care of yourself on a deeper level than you have done before.

This workshop and ceremony will assist your adult self in healing difficulties from childhood. Through the mirror work you will be offered an opportunity for your adult self to honor and witness your inner child and allow the wisdom and skills you have grown to acquire to bring healing to your younger self through understanding and support. 

As you show up for you.. as you heal your inner self, your inner child, your outer world will become a mirror of that work you have done. Are you ready to Meet You?
